Thermal Imaging Software for
Real World Applications!
Ircon
Image Analysis software is the "Do it all" product of
the Ircon thermal imaging software family. Designed as a general-purpose IR
software for use in process control, R&D, and laboratory
applications, Image
Analysis software provides advance thermal analysis
features in an easy-to-use
Windows-based interface.
-
Great for process control, laboratory and R&D applications
-
Real time imaging at speeds up to 60 frames/second
-
Record and playback of temperature data
Image Analysis software takes input
from either Maxline 2 or Stinger thermal imaging
systems*. With the lens and spectral range options available
with either system,
Image Analysis software can handle virtually any
application. Optional I/O modules can be added to Image Analysis
software to provide analog and digital
signals for use with PLC's, controllers and other third
party systems. With Ircon Image Analysis you get a complete
system (camera, software, PC, outputs) for all of your
temperature measurement needs.
For customers interested in data acquisition serial
communication and TCP/IP functionality are built into
Image Analysis to provide easy interface to databases
and other software packages.
Image Analysis Software Features and Benefits
-
Adjustable Image Capture Rates - Record data as
fast or as slow as you need it depending on the
application. Image Analysis can handle speeds up
to 60 Frames/Second
-
50 AOI's - Areas Of Interest (AOI) can be drawn
any place on the image. Each AOI has seperate emissivity
and alarm settings giving the user options on multi-media
targets. Min, Max, and Ave temperature data can
be collected from each AOI. AOI's can be drawn freehand
or in conventional shapes to support any shape which
the camera is aimed at.
-
Record and Playback - Ircon Image Analysis takes
advantage of simple VCR-style controls to let you
view captured image files. Easy to use Play, Rewind,
and Fast Forward controls let the user view the
image repeatedly. By slowing down the frame rate
an Image Analysis user can view the exact point
when a failure occurs during product testing.
- Alarm Capabilities - Independent alarms can be
configured for each AOI on an image. The alarms can
be viewed directly on the screen or connected to optional
I/O modules to provide process control outputs.
