digiCam/2-IR Infrared Thermal Imaging Cameras:
Flexible and Easy-To-Use to Serve a Wide Range of Needs
Introducing comprehensive thermal imaging and temperature measurement
in a light weight, compact and industrial
package. The new IRCON digiCam/2-IR infrared camera series
combines state-of-the-art thermal imaging, a simple-to-use
interface and progressive feature sets, to serve a wide range of applications.
Each camera features a 5 inch, sunlight-readable
color display, 180 degree articulating lens, video
output port, and Compact Flash port and PC software for
off-camera image review and analysis. Three
interchangeable lens options are available to serve
different fields of view.
Whether your need is greater predictive maintenance,
better quality and process control or comprehensive
temperature analysis for research and development
support, an IRCON digiCam/2-IR infrared camera can go with you
anywhere:
The M Series - for Maintenance Applications, such as equipment safety monitoring, predictive
maintenance and energy efficiency auditing -- when basic thermal imaging and reporting capabilities and a
temperature range up to 662° F (350° C) will get the job done.
The P Series - for Process Applications, such as simple process monitoring and quality control -- when
advanced thermal imaging, basic reporting capabilities, and temperature ranges up to 2192° F (1200° C) is needed.
The A Series - for Analysis Applications, such as complex monitoring, and research, development and laboratory functions
-- when advanced thermal imaging, comprehensive thermal data, and temperature ranges up to 2192° F (1200° C) is needed.
Each of the three infrared camera series, from the "M"
to the "P" to the "A" series includes and advances upon the
feature set of the other.
The A series cameras are the
most feature rich, saving image files that include
temperature data on all 19,200 pixels of the image, for
analysis both on and off camera. The A series cameras
also include a 2x electronic zoom, programmable image
capture, text annotation and other features.
Each camera system comes bundled with:
- A light weight, rugged and padded carrying case
- Two lithium-ion batteries with dual battery
charger
- A power adapter, to operate the camera direct
from an electrical outlet
- 128MB compact flash memory card, and 2 adapters
(USB and PCMIA) to transfer the files to a PC
- Neck and hand straps
- Video cable
Each camera system also includes a CD containing
electronic files of the user manual for the model
purchased, and PC software -- either Image Report
Software for the M and P series models, or Image
Analysis Software for the A series models:
Image Report Software for the M and P
series enables detailed viewing of the JPG files
generated and saved by these cameras on a PC,
and generating reports using standard templates.
Image Analysis Software for A Series cameras performs
similar
report functions as Image Report software, but also
has many advanced data handling features
specific for the image file format saved for
this camera.
Users are able to select particular areas an
image for analysis, which generates data tables (including Emissivity,
and Background, Average and Minimum and Maximum
Temperature data) about the image area selected.
With Image Analysis Software, you can also set and display
an Isotherm temperature band color, present
the image using alternative color palettes, and export
the image
data for use with other programs, among many other
features that take full advantage of the A
Series file saving capabilities.
Test drive a digiCam/2-IR infrared camera and you’ll
quickly appreciate it's advanced capabilities, easy of use
and great features.
